Prof. Zaharia, a graduate of the "Dinu Lipatti" College of Arts in Bucharest and the National University of Music in Bucharest, under the guidance of the distinguished Prof. Univ. Dr. Dan Claudiu Vornicelu and Maestro Modest Iftinchi, is characterized by an exceptional professional development.

With a successful pedagogical career recognized by the Merit Award for her teaching activity at the National College of Music "George Enescu" Bucharest, Prof. Doina Zaharia has dedicated more than two decades to mentoring emerging talents. During this period she has guided numerous young violinists to Grand Prix, First Prizes of Excellence and special awards at international and national competitions.

With her passion and vast experience, Prof. Zaharia has contributed to the training of new generations of musicians who have achieved outstanding results in prestigious competitions. Over the years, she has been invited to be part of the juries for events such as Scherzo (3rd edition), Magia Colindelor, Talente Împlinite, Mărțișoare Muzicale, 4Arts Music Festival Câmpina and many others.
